Psalm 34 is one of those Psalms that gives solis for every heartbreak. No matter where the pain derived. This Psalm talks about the comfort and the answers the Lord will bring. Before it gets into all that, the Psalmist says, “I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” There is such an assurance that God has him, so instead of complaints, or worry, there is praising.

The Psalmist goes on to assure himself and us that God hears, answers, saves out of trouble, sends his angels to encamp around us, and provides for our needs. Those promises are for those who fear Him.

If you fit that category, “those who fear Him;” you can “taste and see that the Lord is good.” No matter the burden. Whatever the heartache we can take it to the Lord. The assurance, we don’t have to start with our concern, God has that. You and I should take the Psalmist example and begin like he, and “Bless the Lord at all times.” “All times” includes whatever is burdening you right now.
